| Summary, etc. | Mediante la implementación de las Salas Amigas para la Lactancia materna se pretende reforzar los lazos entre la madre lactante y sus hijos en edad de lactar, ya que para nadie es un secreto que esta relación está fuertemente determinada por la cercanía que haya durante los primeros 2 años de vida del recién nacido y su madre; de igual manera se procura estabilizar las relaciones en materia de igualdad de género, tendientes a lograr que las mujeres no vean afectados sus recursos como consecuencia de tener que destinar parte de sus ingresos para la cancelación de salarios a quien cuide del menor recién nacido mientras su madre trabaja, por ello es necesario estimular la entrada en funcionamiento de dichas salas, ya que las mismas representan un gran avance en materia de mejoramiento de las condiciones laborales para las madres lactantes, con los respectivos beneficios para el empleador. |
