| Summary, etc. | La presente investigación es el resultado de un estudio sobre la Extensión del fuero de maternidad en trabajadores varones, tal como lo señala la Corte Constitucional de Colombia, en la Sentencia C-005/2017 que sostiene la protección de estabilidad laboral reforzada a favor de los padres trabajadores con su esposa o compañera en estado gestante. El objetivo de este estudio, es analizar las disposiciones de orden constitucional y legal en materia laboral, adicionalmente, la postura dela jurisprudencia y doctrina en la aplicación del principio de igualdad en las relaciones laborales del país. Teniendo en cuenta, que Colombia es un estado social de derecho y se basa en el respeto por la dignidad humana, por tal motivo, se protege algo vital para el ser humano, como lo es bienestar de la familia y el trabajo. |
