Igualmente, busca brindarles a las personas con limitaciones severas y profundas, la asistencia y protección necesaria. n este sentido para la Corte cuando el trabajador se encuentra inmerso en una situación de debilidad manifiesta, cualquier decisión del empleador debe estar basada en el principio de solidaridad de tal forma que la situación del trabajador no se convierta en una más gravosa.
