| Summary, etc. | El Síndrome de Burnout (SB) se define como la respuesta al estrés laboral caracterizado por el cansancio emocional, la despersonalización y la baja realización personal, la desmotivación, el desinterés, el malestar interno o la insatisfacción laboral. El estudio epidemiológico es observacional descriptivo de corte transversal, toda vez que busca medir la prevalencia de síndrome de burnout en una muestra aleatoria y representativa de 42 enfermeras(os), estratificada según si la enfermera era profesional o auxiliar, en el hospital Universitarios Cari E.S.E de Barranquilla Atlántico en Colombia. Se evidencia que en un 56% no presenta niveles de SB, un 17% se encuentra en grado medio, un 22% teniendo bastante, incluyendo también el 5% en un grado de extremidad, por lo cual se concluye que el 43%. siendo influenciado por los diferentes tipos de variables entre esas se incluye las largas horas de jornada laboral las cuales son muy excesivas incluso más de lo legal, incluyéndole que el principal inconveniente que presentan con su trabajo es el sueldo ya que no están siendo remunerados a tiempo teniendo necesidades por suplir causando un mayor grado de estrés. |
