Summary, etc.	En Colombia se garantiza el Derecho de Asociación. Este derecho según el desarrollo normativo existente, se hace efectivo plenamente con la interpretación Constitucional del Estado Social de Derecho. El Decreto 3615 de 2005, el Decreto Nacional 2313 de 2006, que lo modifica, el Decreto Nacional 2172 de 2009 que también modificaba al primero de los Decretos mencionados y el modificado por el Decreto Nacional 692 de 2010 van en contravía del Derecho de Asociación de manera autoritaria limitan y desconocen este Derecho Humano y Fundamental. El objetivo general es presentar ante el Consejo de Estado la nulidad por inconstitucionalidad del Decreto no. 3615 de 2005, mediante el cual se reglamenta la afiliación de los trabajadores independientes de manera colectiva al sistema de seguridad social integral, expedido por el Gobierno Nacional.
