Summary, etc. Con el término social que caracteriza nuestra organización política, se imprime la directriz, desde el articulo primero del Estatuto Básico, que la acción del Estado debe dirigirse a garantizarle a los asociados condiciones de vida dignas. Es decir, con esta noción se convierte en principio y se resalta la voluntad del Constituyente en torno a la finalidad del Estado, que no se limita a exigir de éste que no obstruya o recorte los derechos y las libertades de las personas, también requiere que el mismo se coloque en movimiento para equilibrar las desigualdades sociales existentes y para ofrecerle a todas las personas las oportunidades necesarias para desarrollar sus habilidades y para superar las carencias materiales.
