| Summary, etc. | Se propone una investigación sobre la eficacia del arbitraje como mecanismo de solución de controversias en Colombia, en comparación con otros mecanismos como la mediación y el litigio. Planteando el problema de determinar si el arbitraje cumple con las expectativas de los usuarios del sistema de justicia, considerando sus ventajas, desafíos y oportunidades. Justificando la importancia, pertinencia, impacto y beneficios de la investigación, tanto para la comunidad académica como para la práctica del derecho y los usuarios del sistema de justicia. Así como se argumenta que el arbitraje puede contribuir a mejorar la eficiencia, la calidad y la confianza en el sistema de justicia, así como a fomentar la cultura de la paz y la solución pacífica de conflictos. |
