| Summary, etc. | Este trabajo de investigación hace referencia a los lineamientos frente a la planeación y control de los recursos naturales enlazados con la política pública ambiental en barranquilla" , la política pública ambiental son lineamientos para la planificación, protección, prevención y control de los recursos naturales formulados por el gobierno nacional a partir de intereses, decisiones, acciones, acuerdos y medios políticos, económicos y sociales, con el propósito de prevenir o solucionar los problemas necesidades y cuestiones ambientales, implementadas a nivel nacional, regional y sectorial, para promover la sostenibilidad ambiental. en la construcción de políticas públicas ambientales existen varias etapas: I. planificación, II. diagnóstico, III. formulación y adopción, IV. promoción y difusión, V. implementación y seguimiento, y vi) evaluación. por ser democracias, son participativas e inclusivas tanto en la fase de formulación como en la de implementación. |
