| Summary, etc. | En el ámbito de la prestación de servicios y atención al usuario, es fundamental asegurar altos estándares de calidad, especialmente en áreas críticas como el servicio de urgencias. La Fundación Campbell, como institución dedicada a brindar atención médica, reconoce la importancia de mejorar continuamente su atención en pro de garantizar la satisfacción y seguridad de sus usuarios. El diseño de un plan de mejoramiento se convierte en una herramienta esencial para lograr estos objetivos por lo cual se hace necesario realizar una valoración exhaustiva del escenario de práctica, con el fin de obtener un diagnóstico claro de la situación y realizar un análisis detallado de la situación actual esto, mediante la aplicación la matriz FODA (Fortalezas, Oportunidades, Debilidades y Amenazas). En este contexto, se debe reconocer que el profesional de enfermería juega un papel fundamental, ya que es responsable de brindar una atención de calidad y asegurar el bienestar de los pacientes en el área de urgencias. |
