Summary, etc. "Este nivel se entiende al referirse al desarrollo económico y social el cual presenta en una región, país o en el mundo en general, el nivel óptico de satisfacción entre unas expectativas o necesidades y una disponibilidad de bienes y servicios, dao un arreglo sistemático de las dieferentes estructuras y dinámica de las variable implícitas en las actividades dle hombre. En consecuencia, utiliza el modelo de Sigmund Freud sobre el comportamiento humano a través de sus tres instancias: El it o ello, el ego o yo y el super ego o super yo; según las cuales se pueden interpretar: la primera, como la fase primitiva de la menete en donde se encuentran todas las tradiiciones e historia de la mente humana; el super ego que son las leyes o normas imperantes en el entorno; y el ego o yo, que a través de la influencia del ello y la regulación del supero ego determina sus decisiones y comportamiento en las actividades de la redistribución de la riqueza. En este texto se plantea lo intrincado o difícil que es cambiar el ego; sin embargo, se plantean algunas estrategias a nivel personal, familiar, empresarial, estataly organizacional para la actitud mental cambien hacia la equidad económica y social."
