| Summary, etc. | El presente trabajo investigativo, tiene como fin visualizar la realidad del mercado laboral en Colombia frente a los efectos del covid19, en contraste al octavo objetivo de desarrollo sostenible, teniendo como base tres pilares específicos como son: primeramente identificar la realidad actual del mercado laboral en Colombia frente a los efectos del covid19, en contraste al octavo objetivo de desarrollo sostenible; luego, describir el marco legal (en el contexto del derecho laboral), surgido a causa de la emergencia sanitaria producida por el Covid 19; por último, realizar un comparativo estadístico del comportamiento del mercado laboral en Colombia, respecto a los efectos del covid19; entre los resultados que muestran las entidades del estado colombiano vs los resultados de las organizaciones internacionales. Lo anterior, mediante un enfoque cualitativo inductivo, pues se pretende estudiar la realidad en su contexto natural y cómo sucede, donde se describen las rutinas y las situaciones problemáticas, así como los significados en la vida de los involucrados; el tipo de investigación, según el nivel de conocimiento que se adquiere, es de carácter explotaría, pues se realiza con el propósito de destacar aspectos importantes de una problemática, donde posiblemente se podrán encontrar argumentos para una investigación posterior. Por consiguiente, cualquier lector, podrá llegar a sus propias conclusiones de una manera objetiva, y tomar como base la presente información, para realizar su propia indagación o llevar esta misma investigación un poco más a fondo, ya que el presente tema de estudio no se encuentra enmarcado dentro una filosofía específica, corriente u ideología política |
