| Summary, etc. | La presente investigación se refiere a la temática del trabajo decente, que es parte fundamental de los objetivos del desarrollo sostenible, teniendo en cuenta que existe mucha población a nivel mundial que no posee un empleo digno, hecho que presenta un impacto negativo ya que el factor del desempleo detiene el desarrollo y provoca estancamiento en la evolución de la sociedad, ya que al no contar con un empleo digno se generan más problemas sociales de los ya existentes impidiendo que se efectúen posibles soluciones a los problemas futuros. Es de anotar que el trabajo siempre ha marcado la vida del ser humano, ha sido la herramienta con que se ha construido la historia de la humanidad y ha marcado pautas para que estas acciones sean progresivas y continuamente que se transformen y ayuden a transformar la sociedad. |
