| Summary, etc. | Colombia ha avanzado en materia de equidad de género, especialmente en la creación de un marco legal y de política pública que busca garantizar los derechos humanos de las mujeres. Sin embargo, aún existen desafíos para lograr la igualdad real para las niñas y las mujeres, y para las personas con identidades diversas. En este sentido, es necesario promover relaciones igualitarias desde temprana edad para que niños crezcan y aprendan en entornos que promuevan el reconocimiento de la diversidad y del otro como un igual que merece respeto cabe mencionar a lo que refiere este estudio es una primera aproximación al análisis en cuanto a la equidad de género institucional, lo que abrirá el escenario a generar nuevas investigaciones, aportes y realizar comparativos del avance en dichos estudios realizados. |
