| Summary, etc. | El estrés es una emoción, sentimiento o reacción del cuerpo ante un estímulo, este puede provenir de cualquier situación que genere tensión, como por ejemplo compromisos, noticias negativas y enfermedades etc. En los estudiantes universitarios el estrés se define como una reacción de activación fisiológica, emocional cognitiva y conductual ante eventos en entornos académicos. (1) El siguiente proyecto tuvo como objetivo general, conocer el nivel de estrés percibido en los estudiantes vinculados a una institución educativa superior de la costa caribe colombiana durante la pandemia de COVID-19. |
