| Summary, etc. | La siguiente investigación es producto de un estudio sobre teletrabajo, trabajo en casa y trabajo remoto: modalidades de trabajo durante y después del aislamiento obligatorio ocasionado por el COVID -19. El objeto de estudio, fue la de indagar las disposiciones de orden constitucional y legal en la materia de derecho laboral con respecto a la incorporación de nuevas modalidades de trabajo basadas en las TICS y al llamado que hace la humanidad al cambio y a la necesidad del uso de la información en todas las actividades del ser humano. Adicionalmente, el análisis de las encuestas realizadas a un grupo de estudiantes trabajadores de la CURN para medir la eficiencia, productividad, absentismo, calidad de vida y gestión administrativas de sus empresas en época de pandemia. |
