Por ello, la gerencia moderna se convertirá en nuestro tema principal de la investigación, siendo esta una nueva forma de gestión en las organizaciones, que a través de sus diferentes estrategias representar eficiencia, productividad, competitividad, y calidad enfocados a los cambios y retos futuros, buscando el crecimiento y desarrollo de las empresas, así mismo creando nuevas formas de pensamientos y cultura organizacional." |
