| Summary, etc. | "En este proyecto se hace énfasis en el emprendimiento de las mujeres afrocolombianas, primeramente porque aun estando en pleno siglo XIX, lastimosamente existe el racismo hacia esta comunidad, presentando discriminación desde la infancia, escalas de pobreza superiores al promedio estipulado particularmente en las mujeres y hasta despojados de su propio territorio, que origina actualmente muchas limitaciones en aspectos educativos, como la alta tasa de deserción y la baja calidad en los niveles formativos, degenerando en un aumento del analfabetismo en esta población, asi mismo la salud, en lo laboral la falta de oportunidades que se evidencia en la deficiente representación política de estas, además aspectos sociales, económicos, etc. Ocasionando en la mayoría de estos una mala calidad de vida por falta de un empleo digno, a pesar de la existencia legislativa, en derechos individuales y colectivos de estos pueblos en Colombia.
