En los últimos años el concepto de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial ha tomado gran importancia dentro del mercado, esto debido a que la sociedad se interesa cada vez mas por el medio ambiente, por el bienestar de los trabajadores, por los derechos humanos entre otros, esto converge a la estrategia de las organizaciones convirtiéndose en elementos a tener en cuenta al momento de tomar decisiones estratégicas, la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial da prestigio a las organizaciones que deciden adoptarla. Las empresas han adoptado esta estrategia con el fin de seguir lucrándose con sus actividades empresariales, pero esto siendo socialmente responsables es decir siendo cuidadosos con el entorno que la rodea por así decirlo, para esto su actuar debe ser lo mas transparente posible tanto dentro como fuera de la empresa y no solo debe serlo en el area de confort de la empresa sino también saber hacer ético." |
