| Summary, etc. | "En Colombia, las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF) han logrado un gran cambio en la contabilidad, y la evolución de estas ha sido día tras día, y las empresas colombianas han puesto de su parte en pro de la mejora. Sabemos que las NIIF unifican el idioma contable en el mundo, para así mejorar y facilitar la contabilidad globalmente, como en todo, el cambio del decreto 2649 a las NIIF no ha sido fácil, la convergencia de esta en Colombia ha sido un tiempo de retos y de nuevo conocimiento, ya que en Colombia se han creado normas y leyes contables desde los años 80s y este país adopto a estas normas con la ley 1314 de 2009. Lo que obligo a estudiar y crear nuevas normas y leyes para poder usar e implementar las normas internacionales de información financiera, modificándolas, eliminando y adicionando algunos párrafos, y esto lo dice Fierro en 2015. Antes de la Ley1314 estuvo en proceso el proyecto de ley 165, el cual no fue aprobado y por el cual surgió la ley 1314 para regir la contabilidad en Colombia.." |
