"La implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) se ha convertido en un requisito indispensable para todas las empresas sin importar su tamaño y tipo de actividad, y donde es indispensable promocionar la seguridad y salud en los trabajadores y los riesgos laborales a los que están expuestos, para así lograr bajar los índices al máximo de los accidentes de trabajo y las enfermedades laborales que tanto aquejan a la población trabajadora. En este trabajo se podrá observar como por medio de un rastreo bibliográfico y visitas presenciales a la organización SIVID HOTELES S.A.S en la ciudad de Cartagena, se logra evidenciar que la empresa se encuentra adelantando actividades de implementación del sistema de gestión, seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SG-SST), de igual forma se encuentran hallazgos que nos permiten tomar las medidas correctivas y dar cumplimiento a las exigencias de la ley. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es proponer un plan de mejoramiento del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) en esta empresa y para esto se realiza un nuevo diagnóstico del SG-SST, partiendo de un diagnóstico inicial realizado anteriormente por estudiante de la CURN" |
