| Summary, etc. | "Se realiza en la ciudad de Cartagena que busca abordar una problemática que poseen las pymes del sector industrial de la ciudad. Debido a que hoy día en el año 2020 la competitividad empresarial propone nuevos retos en las pymes; por consiguiente, las pymes deben realizar metas encaminadas a la RSE es un sistema de gestión organizacional que permite maximizar las utilidades. El presente tiene como objetivo general establecer la importancia de la norma ISO 26000 de responsabilidad social empresarial en las pymes que conforman el sector industrial de Cartagena, mediante objetivos específicos tales como identificar las acciones ejecutadas por las PYMES del sector industrial Encaminadas a cumplir con la RSE con los empleados Y el medio ambiente y finalmente establecer las ventajas que proporciona la aplicación de la norma ISO 26000 los instrumentos utilizados fueron: el rastreo teórico y referencial de fuentes primarias y secundariaras oportunas y pertinente dando as los resultados esperados y concluyendo que la responsabilidad social empresarial es un sistema de gestión eficiente para lograr las metas de las PYMES." |
