Summary, etc. Barranquilla afronta una problemática de orden socio-económico, producto de la invasión del espacio público en grandes proporciones, por la instalación de comercio informal debido a la migración venezolana, quienes se dedican a esas actividades. Frente a este fenómeno, el gobierno local emite normas, pero éstas a su vez, han sido insuficientes. Lo anterior causa problemas de orden público y compromete la convivencia de los sectores afectados.
