| Summary, etc. | En el proceso de fabricación de una prótesis o aparato para rehabilitación oral, intervienen múltiples actores dentro de la relación odontólogo y laboratorista, siendo vital la información obtenida de la boca del paciente principalmente, la cual comúnmente se obtiene a través de las impresiones dentales sean manuales o digitales con el uso de escáneres dentales. En ese mismo rol las fotografías digitales juegan un papel muy importante en dicho proceso y más aun teniendo en cuenta que éstas pueden ser tomadas mediante un teléfono móvil inteligente con cuya cámara cuente con las especificaciones precisas requeridas que permitan obtener la información requerida para estudio, diseño y seguimiento de las prótesis y/o rehabilitación del paciente. |
