| Summary, etc. | Esta línea Jurisprudencial está relacionada con el proceso de alimentos en la legislación colombiana para garantizar los derechos de los niños, niñas y adolescentes según lo establecido en la carta política del 1991 art. 42 la cual establece como fines esenciales a la familia, como núcleo fundamental dentro de una sociedad que se constituye por vínculos naturales o jurídicos donde el Estado y la misma sociedad tiene la facultad para garantizar la protección integral de la misma. y el art. 44 que establece de manera sucinta los derechos fundamentales que les corresponde. En este sentido, el Instituto garantiza que los niños y niñas reciban las calorías y nutrientes necesarios para su desarrollo integral, debido a que la adición de alimentos corresponde al 7% del valor calórico para niños y niñas de uno a tres años 11 meses y del 6% para niños y niñas de 4 a 5 años 11 meses de edad. |
