Summary, etc. La presente investigación se centra en el análisis de los desafíos éticos y jurídicos que plantea la integración de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en el ejercicio del Derecho, en un contexto de acelerada transformación digital. La implementación de tecnologías basadas en IA en los procesos legales (como la revisión de documentos, el análisis jurisprudencial y la predicción de decisiones judiciales) ofrece ventajas significativas en términos de eficiencia y agilidad, pero al mismo tiempo genera preocupaciones profundas en torno a la protección de derechos fundamentales, la responsabilidad profesional, la transparencia algorítmica y el acceso equitativo a la justicia.
