Este enfoque busca abordar los desafíos financieros y operativos que enfrentan estas organizaciones en un entorno económico cada vez más competitivo e incierto.Las pymes representan un pilar fundamental en la economía local, generando empleo y dinamizando el comercio. Sin embargo, muchas de estas empresas carecen de estrategias robustas para gestionar riesgos financieros y optimizar su desempeño económico. Según un estudio reciente, La medición del riesgo financiero permite identificar amenazas y debilidades a tiempo, proporcionando a las pymes herramientas para tomar decisiones informadas y mitigar impactos negativos Prsiga Restrepo, (2021). Este argumento refuerza la necesidad de implementar prácticas slidas que integren análisis financiero y gestión de riesgos como parte esencial de su planificación estratégica." |
