El cual responde a la necesidad que afronta dicho plantel registrador, de contar con un software para el registro de datos y seguimiento de solicitudes, esta iniciativa comenzó en el año 2019 buscando transformar la manera en que se accedan a los procesos (registros de datos) en RNEC, los cuales son llevados de una manera manual, procesos que a la altura de los tiempos su manejo es considerado inadecuado, ya que absorben un mayor tiempo en el diligenciamiento de dichos registro; basándonos en lo mencionado anteriormente El objetivo de este trabajo básicamente, es implementar una estrategia que permita que estos procesos sean automatizados, es decir que garanticen la persistencia y el acceso a la información por parte de los usuarios administrativo. Se puede decir que tendrá el potencial necesario para optimizar el sistema de información y cada proceso que abarque.." |
