| Summary, etc. | Los niños son la base fundamental de la familia declarada en nuestra constitución como el núcleo fundamental de la sociedad, pero desafortunadamente cuando por cualquier circunstancia esta se disuelve o presenta algún tipo e inconveniente los hijos generalmente son quienes padecen los efectos negativos que esta situación desencadena. El presente trabajo se justifica por el aumento en el índice de personas embargadas por incumplimiento de su obligación con menores de edad, y ante la imposibilidad en muchos casos de hacer efectivo el cumplimiento de la misma se hace necesario consultar sobre la posibilidad de instaurar una demanda por embargo o secuestro de bienes dentro de un proceso penal en materia de alimentos. Es de vital importancia la temática de la presente investigación debido a que, en Colombia, ha aumentado mucho el índice de personas embargadas por incumplimiento de su obligación con menores de edad, por lo tanto, se hace necesario consultar sobre la posibilidad de instaurar una demanda por embargo o secuestro de bienes dentro de un proceso penal en materia de alimentos. |
