Summary, etc. La constitución Política de Colombia de 1991, generó una nueva visión al ordenamiento jurídico en nuestro país, ratificando con la aplicación del mérito para ingresar al empleo público, siendo la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil la encargada de liderar todos los procesos de selección concerniente a la carrera administrativa en Colombia, por ello a partir de marzo de 2017 lanzo el nuevo Sistema de Igualdad y Apoyo a la Oportunidad (SIMO) el cual tiene por objetivo hacer más fácil y amigable la participación de los ciudadanos la inscripción y participación en los procesos de selección para empleos públicos del Estado, garantizando el derecho a participar de todos los Colombianos que quieran seguir una carrera administrativa.
