| Summary, etc. | La realidad social de Colombia ha destacado en los últimos años por un marcado interés en observar y atender los aspectos relacionados con la infancia y adolescencia; en los años recientes el tratamiento al menor ha sido analizado desde diferentes visiones, especialmente cuanto este menor está incurso en procesos de infracción que derivan en procesos de sanción, resocialización y reeducación. Por lo enunciado, a continuación, se plantea una investigación que busca analizar el tratamiento que se le ha dado a la delincuencia juvenil y, por ende, como ha sido la evolución de la norma hasta llegar a lo que hoy se conoce como Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal Adolescente. Al final se resumen las reflexiones más relevantes que aportarán a los actores de este fenómeno para futuros análisis asimilados. |
