| Summary, etc. | La presente investigación se basa en la temática del procedimiento de los procesos ejecutivos hipotecarios de vivienda en el Juzgado Primero de ejecución civil de la ciudad de Barranquilla, teniendo en cuenta que las personas tienen derechos reales acerca de la prenda o hipoteca, el cual son parte fundamental como garantía del cumplimiento de toda clase de obligaciones, asimismo se puede observar que los procesos ejecutivos hipotecarios de vivienda brindan al titular la forma de proteger sus bienes, pero que es indispensable tener en cuenta que estos procesos contribuyen mucho en la satisfacción del cliente, no sólo por cuanto en estos procesos no se permite ninguna intervención de terceros diferente de la de los acreedores, sino por el hecho de que se observa que existe la citación y presentación forzosa para los acreedores. |
