| Summary, etc. | Esta monografía analiza acceso a la administración de justicia en materia de inasistencia alimentaria en Colombia, las ideas y argumentos de género que subyacen en momentos hito del proceso de penalización de la inasistencia alimentaria en Colombia, a través de los instrumentos legales, jurisprudenciales y de política pública. Por otro lado, también se aborda un panorama trans-institucional de la inasistencia alimentaria, para resaltar las experiencias, agencias y resistencias subjetivas e intersubjetivas de las mujeres que experimentan la inasistencia alimentaria y los significados que le atribuyen. Así, el tránsito por la administración de justicia de las mujeres que participaron en las entrevistas, sirve de puente entre la dimensión institucional y la tran-sinstitucional, pues muestra a partir de sus experiencias los límites y potencialidades de estos escenarios en términos de justicia. |
