| Summary, etc. | El presente proyecto de investigación trata de la efectividad de la Demanda Ejecutiva de Menor Cuantía, puesto que el Legislador estableció la norma general de la doble instancia en los procesos ejecutivos de Menor Cuantía, con la extensiva decisión que puede ser estudia por un superior jerárquico. Es de anotar que el Proceso Ejecutivo de Menor Cuantía tiene un término razonable en el Ámbito Procesal, es decir, no podrá transcurrir un el lapso superior a un año (1) para dictar sentencia en primeras instancias, debe el operador judicial dictar sentencia dentro de este término. |
