| Summary, etc. | La reparación integral se entiende entonces como un proceso humano, puesto que reconoce la capacidad humana de significar y transformar los actos de reparación con el objetivo de incentivar un proceso de reconstrucción de vida. Entender la subjetividad que está involucrada en un proceso de reparación, facilitaría reconocer la necesidad de emprender acciones que aporten en la toma de conciencia del contexto de violación de derechos, de las afectaciones y daños en las diferentes esferas, y las medidas que se puedan tomar para subsanar esas afectaciones. Evidenciar esa autonomía de las víctimas como sujetos de la reparación y no como objetos de la reparación, puede facilitar que los actos de reparación tengan un efecto de reparación. |
