| Summary, etc. | La presente monografía tiene como objetivo principal estudiar el procedimiento ordinario y la estructura de las faltas gravísimas en el régimen disciplinario para la Policía Nacional de Colombia, para lo cual, fue necesario tomar como base la Ley 734 de 2002 (Código Disciplinario Único), normatividad que rige en materia procedimental para la investigación de las faltas disciplinarias que cometen los servidores públicos; así, como la Ley 1015 de 2006 (Régimen Disciplinario para la Policía Nacional) la cual contiene la parte sustantiva, es decir, los principios fundamentales, la descripción de las faltas disciplinarias en sus modalidades de faltas leves, graves y gravísimas, la potestad disciplinaria, entre otros. Asimismo, fue importante para poder ahondar en el presente trabajo, tomar como plataforma esencial un caso real, asumiendo la defensa de oficio en la Oficina de Control Disciplinario Interno de la Policía Metropolitana de Barranquilla de un policial que se investiga disciplinariamente a consecuencia de un procedimiento. |
