| Summary, etc. | La presente monografía se basa en la línea jurisprudencial en donde queremos determinar El Derecho a la Igualdad De Los Trabajadores en el Servicio Doméstico en Colombia, en donde por trabajo doméstico se entiende la producción de bienes y servicios dentro del hogar, como resultado de la combinación del trabajo no remunerado y de la adquisición en el mercado de bienes duraderos y no duraderos. este contrato, subsisten unos elementos esenciales, consistentes en: a) la actividad a realizar sea personal, es decir, ejecutada por el mismo trabajador, b) que exista una continuada subordinación o dependencia del trabajador respecto del empleador, subordinación que no puede afectar el honor, la dignidad y los derechos mínimos del trabajador en concordancia con los tratados o convenios internacionales que sobre derechos humanos relativos a la materia obliguen al país, y por último que exista un salario como retribución del servicio. |
