Summary, etc. En relación con el proceso ejecutivo siguiendo con las reglas procedimentales, "pueden demandarse ejecutivamente las obligaciones expresas, claras y exigibles que consten en documentos que provengan del deudor o de su causante y constituyan plena prueba contra él, o las que emanen de una sentencia, de condena proferida por juez o tribunal de cualquier jurisdicción o de otra providencia judicial que tenga fuerza ejecutiva conforme a la ley"1. Ahora bien, los títulos valores ejercen una función básicamente económica, de esta forma se encuentra establecido en la constitución política colombiana aceptando una obligación atreves de un proceso de ejecución el cual puede darse de forma coercitiva, que obliga de cierta manera al deudor a pagar.
