| Summary, etc. | La constitución de la familia es objeto muy preciado para muchos trabajadores, sin embargo, el embarazo y la lactancia son épocas de particular vulnerabilidad tanto para las trabajadoras como para su familia, por ende, se requiere protección para evitar daños en su salud o la de su hijo y tiempo de recuperación. Al mismo tiempo que se les garantice que no van a perder los empleos por esta situación. Partimos por ubicar las generalidades del país que nos permite desde una pequeña síntesis conocer el contexto normativo y jurisprudencial de la situación de las mujeres embarazadas en su estabilidad laboral reforzada y la prohibición de despedirlas por motivos de embarazo o lactancia. Esperamos que la información brindada sirva para los análisis pertinentes sobre la situación de las mujeres embarazadas en nuestro país. |
