| Summary, etc. | El trabajo de investigación a través de un proceso de línea jurisprudencial realizo el estudio sobre cómo se ha venido pronunciando la Corte Constitucional en los casos de objeción de conciencia al servicio militar obligatorio, por razones religiosas y dar a conocer cuál ha sido la variante de estas providencias durante un periodo comprendido desde el año 2005 hasta el año 2009. Teniendo en cuenta que el Estado Colombiano es el principal garante para salvaguardar derechos y de hacer que se cumplan deberes y obligaciones de sus habitantes e intervenir por medio del aparato judicial y sus mecanismos cuando por acciones u omisiones de particulares o autoridades públicas estén siendo vulnerado tales derechos, en este caso de Objeción de Conciencia, la Ley Colombiana lo ha tipificado en el Artículo 18 de Nuestra Constitución Política de Colombia: "Se garantiza la libertad de conciencia. Nadie será molestado por razón de sus convicciones o creencias ni compelido a revelarlas ni obligado a actuar contra su conciencia". Sin embargo aún no existe en el ordenamiento jurídico colombiano una ley prescrita que apoye o soporte invocar este derecho para evadir la responsabilidad del ciudadano de cumplir con servicio militar obligatorio. |
