| Summary, etc. | El presente trabajo de investigación está centrado básicamente en la forma como se establecen en Colombia los diferentes instrumentos jurídicos que garantizan el derecho de alimento de un menor. Teniendo en cuenta, que la constitución política de Colombia dentro de los derechos fundamentales confiere la protección integral de la familia, la igualdad de derechos y deberes de la pareja, y de los hijos en el matrimonio o fuera de él. La alimentación de los hijos es indispensable para su buen desarrollo físico, psicológico y social, por tanto, el objetivo principal de este trabajo consistió en analizar cuáles son las garantías con las que cuenta un menor para reclamar el derecho de alimentos en Colombia y cuáles son las instancias establecidas por la corte constitucional a las que se deben recurrir para hacer valer este derecho |
