Summary, etc. Muchos son los factores que conllevan a unirse en torno a la construcción urbana en Colombia, a finales del siglo XX e inicios del siglo XXI, se fortalece el desarrollo turístico y económico en nuestro país, surgieron mayores exportaciones, creación y ampliación de empresas industriales en distintas ciudades, restructuración de puertos entre otros. Todo ello enmarca un acelerado crecimiento en la población urbana frente a la rural, de esta forma las ciudades colombianas enfrentaron a un complejo proceso de urbanización razones por las cuales se incrementa la demanda en vivienda urbana en los diferentes estratos, situaciones que emergen un"ordenamiento Jurídico Urbanstico Protector.
