Summary, etc. Cuando hablamos de explotacion laboral, nos referimos a aquel trabajo que se produce bajo una serie de situaciones y condiciones no aptas para su desarrollo, como por ejemplo cuando la remuneracion o contraprestacion no es equivalente al trabajo realizado, o en muchos casos el trabajo extra no remunerado, es decir aquel que esta por fuera de la jornada laboral legalmente establecida. Dentro de otras modalidades de explotacion laboral encontramos, trabajar horas seguidas sin descanso alguno, asi mismo el trabajo en dias festivos no remunerados.
