Summary, etc. Siguiendo parámetros investigativos el trabajo de grado tiene como fin último adentrarse en la Ley 27 de 1977 en la cual se fija la mayoría de edad a los dieciocho (18) años partiendo de un análisis sobre la categorización de la edad mínima como requisito para alcanzar la capacidad plena de derechos y obligaciones y ubicándola así históricamente a su vez proponiendo un nuevo criterio de edad para el ordenamiento jurídico colombiano fundado en nuevas tendencias de las ciencias sociales y humanas y el derecho comparado recurriendo en la herramienta jurídica de la acción pública de la inconstitucionalidad.
