| Summary, etc. | "En el presente trabajo se describen los principales aspectos de la inversión extranjera directa en Colombia, además de su incidencia en el exterior, se destacará principalmente el funcionamiento y evolución de la misma. Un determinante muy importante es el análisis del marco regulatorio e identificar impactos positivos y negativos que nacen de la inversión y sectores más beneficiados, mediante aportes teóricos y cuadros comparativos. Por lo anterior, metodológicamente es posible entender que la inversión extranjera se caracteriza por ser medio de cambio en la estructura de la realidad social, llevar un correcto control del aporte de inversionistas externos contribuye al eficiente consumo de ellas para obtener resultados acordes a lo que se espera.Se puede decir que la inversión extranjera es de gran importancia para países menos desarrollados, debido a que sirve para el fortalecimiento del equilibrio económico del mismo, la transferencia de tecnología que trae y el mejoramiento de la competitividad." |
