"El Impuesto de avisos y tableros y el impuesto de publicidad visual exterior son unos de los impuestos que contribuyen a los ingresos del estado, por ende son los aportes entregados al Estado para la financiación colectiva de orden público, que el mismo exige mediante leyes; la tributación posee 3 grandes ramas: los impuestos, lo cuales son exigidos por el Estado; las contribuciones, que se dan como una contraprestación por una obra o servicio público; finalmente las tasas que son establecidas por el aprovechamiento de personas naturales o jurídicas que hacen uso de un bien o servicio público." |
