| Summary, etc. | En los últimos años se han realizado diversos estudios sobre el tema de estilos de vida saludable que están asociados a los componentes y conductas poco saludables a los adolescentes. La investigación desarrollada nos lleva a concluir que los estudiantes de décimo y undécimo grado del colegio de soledad (Atlántico), no tienen un estilo de vida saludable y esto se debe a los malos hábitos alimenticos y a su entorno personal y familiar. De hecho, para ellos es común el consumo de alimentos con alto contenido de azúcar, grasa y harinas. |
