| Summary, etc. | El impuesto al valor agregado IVA en Colombia es un impuesto que recae sobre el valor agregado de bienes y servicios, actualmente se dividen en bienes o servicios gravados, excluidos y exentos, a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la reforma tributaria del 2014 (ley 1739) se creo una comision de experto, estos han creado una reforma estructural que actualmente no se ha aprobado con el objeto de combatir la elusion y evasion fiscal, asi como hacer un sistema tributario mas equitativo y eficiente. |
