Summary, etc. El presente libro aborda tres grandes problemas sobre los derechos humanos: su reconstrucción histórica, su tipología y su fundamentación. La reconstrucción histórica está constituida por una filosofía de la historia de los derechos humanos, en la cual se reconstruyen dialécticamente diferentes relatos, evidenciando tensiones históricas en la conceptualización, la significación, la funcionalidad y el fin de los derechos humanos. La tipología ofrece una propuesta de clasificación teórico-ideológica de los derechos humanos, en la cual se acuden a categorías filosóficas para agrupar pedagógicamente grupos de derechos. Y en la fundamentación se analizan las bases y los fundamentos de los derechos humanos, a partir de tres enfoques del liberalismo político.
