Tiene por objeto divulgar trabajos de investigación científica en derecho. Su finalidad es la publicación y difusión de artículos que contribuyan a la ciencia jurídica nacional e internacional. Se compone de dos secciones permanentes: (I) Artículos de Investigación, (II) Estudios de caso y, excepcionalmente, (III) Reseñas bibliográficas. La Revista de Derecho acoge contenidos inéditos escritos en inglés, español, francés, italiano y portugués, con el fin de promover un diálogo transfronterizo e intercultural.
