El libro parte de una descripción detallada de como el marco regulatorio ha evolucionado desde sus orígenes en 1936 hasta el actual decreto 1511 del 2006 que reglamenta la ley 964 del 2005. y en el caso del decreto, hace un muy mal detallado análisis sobre su contenido, sus aciertos y las limitaciones de de su alcance regulatorio. |
